Down home cabin, Tennessee. Pre daily comic blog! Northern summertime, 2008.Last year we spent some time visiting family and friends in the USA. It was super nice to escape our gloomy winter in Tasmania and enjoy an extended summer up north. We were there for about six weeks and visited Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, Chicago IL, Georgia and Texas. We were lucky enough to see Tom Waits in Atlanta, GA (on the website you can actually stream a NPR recording of the concert we were at - woohoo!) but silly me forgot the camera that night. Trust me when I say he was awesomely amazing.
